Dr. Jill Plantz has experience treating a variety of conditions, such as back, neck and joint pain, repetitive stress injuries, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injuries, knee pain, headache and migraines. She provides rehabilitation for work and sports injuries, as well as exercises and advice that help alleviate pain and stiffness caused by arthritis. Techniques used by Dr. Plantz include soft tissue therapy, cold laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, stretching and strengthening exercises, gait retraining, ergonomic advice, and manual and instrument-assisted adjusting when indicated. Dr. Plantz regularly attends continuing education seminars and courses with specific interests in rehabilitation, and pre-natal and family care. Patients appreciate the thorough and professional treatment they receive at Peak Performance Chiropractic Clinic. The multi-disciplinary clinic also houses two Registered Massage Therapists.

Dr. Plantz is available for emergency visits outside of regular office hours.
